Welcome to my store! I’m excited to share my art with you and sincerely hope it brightens your day. Below you'll find important information about our shipping process to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Prints that are not in stock may take up to 14 days to process, depending on the printer’s workload. If you need your artwork by a specific date (e.g., for a special occasion), please email me first, as special arrangements can often be made.

Please note that processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.

In-Studio Pickup

If you're local, I offer in-studio pickup by appointment only. Please use the contact form on this website to arrange a pickup time from my studio in Busselton, Western Australia.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. I strive to offer the best shipping rates while ensuring that your artwork arrives securely.

  • Standard Shipping: For most small to medium-sized items, typically arrives within 5-7 business days (within Australia).
  • Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery options are available at checkout.
  • International Shipping: I do offer international shipping! Rates and delivery times vary based on the destination. Please contact me if you require a quote for shipping to your area.

Shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses

I’m happy to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please be aware that delivery times may be longer than standard domestic shipping.

Packaging & Handling

Your artwork will be carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. I use premium packaging to ensure your art arrives in perfect condition.

  • Small to Medium Artworks: Prints, sketches, and small pieces are packaged either flat or rolled, depending on the type of artwork.
  • Mosaics & Canvas Art: For mosaics or stretched canvas pieces, I use sturdy boxes and custom foam inserts to securely package the artwork.

Shipping for Heavy or Oversized Artworks

Some artworks, particularly larger and heavier pieces, require special care when shipping. These items are handled differently from standard orders to ensure a smooth delivery process.

What is Considered Oversized or Heavy Art?

  • Oversized Artworks: Artworks larger than 100 cm in width or height are considered oversized.
  • Heavy Artworks: Artworks weighing more than 10 kg (e.g., large framed pieces, mosaics, or large mixed media works) are categorized as heavy.

Special Shipping for Large or Heavy Artworks

  • Freight Shipping: Oversized pieces may require freight shipping. I will contact you directly to arrange the best delivery method and provide a customized shipping quote. Freight shipments typically take 7-14 business daysfor delivery and require a signature upon receipt.
  • Packaging: Heavy or oversized artworks will be packaged in custom crates or extra-sturdy boxes to prevent damage. I use protective padding, corner protectors, and other materials to ensure your artwork is safe during transport.

Delivery Time for Large or Heavy Artworks

Due to the size and nature of these shipments, delivery may take longer. You will receive tracking information and any updates on your artwork’s arrival.

Shipping Insurance

For large or high-value artworks, shipping insurance is included as part of the cost. This ensures that, in the unlikely event of damage during transit, your artwork can be fully replaced or refunded.

International Shipping of Oversized Artworks

Shipping large artworks internationally can be more complex. If you're purchasing an oversized piece from outside Australia, I will provide a custom quote for shipping. International customers should be aware that customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.


Important Notes

  • If there is any damage to your artwork upon arrival, please contact me immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. I will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • I am not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs processing or carrier delays, but I will always do my best to ensure timely delivery.
  • If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact me via the contact page on this website with your name, order number, and contact information, and I will be happy to assist you.
