Postage and Delivery Policy
We ship products within Australia and to many other countries worldwide. For countries outside Australia, please contact us to confirm shipping availability and associated costs. We use trusted delivery service providers, such as Australia Post and Pack and Send, to ensure your products reach you safely.
Please note it is recommended to include the insurance option for orders over $500 or if you are in a remote location. Should you choose to not include insurance in the shipping of your order you can not claim for loss or damage.
a) Shipping Rates
- You agree to pay postage fees as calculated at checkout.
- If a technical error results in incorrect postage calculations, we’ll contact you to resolve the issue (e.g., paying additional costs or modifying your order).
- Shipping rates are subject to change based on updates from our delivery partners. Any changes will be reflected on the website, and by continuing to place orders, you acknowledge and accept these updates.
b) Dispatch Timeframes
- Orders are processed within 1-7 days of receiving payment, provided the item is in stock. Custom-made prints require up to 14 days from order placement for processing.
- Once processed, we aim to dispatch orders on the same or next business day.
- During peak periods or high demand, dispatch times may vary, and we appreciate your patience.
- We are not liable for any delays in the dispatch of your order.
c) Delivery Timeframes
- Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping provider and destination. As a guideline, orders typically arrive within 7-30 days unless otherwise stated.
- We will make every effort to keep you informed about delivery expectations.
d) Delivery Address
- Please ensure your postal address details are accurate and current.
- We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by you.
- If an order is returned to us due to an error in the provided address, we may charge additional postage fees or cancel the order and issue a refund as per our policy.
e) Orders Lost in Transit
- A tracking code will be provided to help you monitor your order.
- If you believe your order is lost or misdelivered, contact us promptly to investigate.
- While we will assist in investigating missing orders, we are not liable for lost or misdelivered items.
- For lost or damaged goods, our liability is limited to compensation recoverable from the delivery provider, minus reasonable costs of the claim process, unless otherwise required by law.
f) Risk of Delivery
- Risk passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address.
- If you authorize the delivery to be left unattended, the order is considered delivered once left at the specified address.
- If someone else at the address signs for the delivery, the order is considered delivered upon receipt by that person.
- For returned goods, risk reverts to us once we confirm receipt of the items. It is recommended that you insure returned items against loss or damage during transit.
Events Beyond Our Control
Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, technical malfunctions, or service disruptions may delay order processing or shipping. In such cases:
- We are released from any obligation to dispatch your order until the situation resolves.
- If delays are significant, we will contact you to explore suitable solutions, including canceling or resuming your order once normal operations resume.
