"Expansion" Mixed Media

Inspired by the meeting of land, ocean and open space, Expansion explores the sense of freedom found along the South-West coast. Opal, pyrite, Augusta abalone shell and Shelly Cove pebbles emerge from a richly textured acrylic surface, bringing fragments of the landscape itself into the artwork.
